PLANNING <br />CITY OF <br />COUNTY 0 <br />STATE OF <br />RESOLUTI <br />ALAMEDA <br />ALIFORNIA <br />NO. 1792 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING IA CHANGE TO THE ORDINANCE CODE <br />OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTC}N AS FILED UNDER RZ-79-14 <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commissionhas applied to comprehensively <br />amend Article 17, (off- treet loading facilities), of <br />Chapter 2, Title II, Ordnance Code of the City of <br />Pleasanton as it relate to the size, number and location <br />of loading berths requited; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission 'held a public hearing to review <br />this application on Augilst 8, 1979; and <br />WHEREAS, pertinent reports were feviewed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission recommends approval of RZ-79-14 <br />as petitioned. <br />Section 2.
