II <br />Section 1, The Planning Commission reviewed the contents of <br />Resolution No. 77-66 (Environmental Impact Guidelines <br />and Procedures) as t ey pertain to the requirements for <br />Negative Declaration and Environmental Impact Reports <br />and determines that he project requested in RZ-79-13 <br />would not have any s gnificant effects on the environment <br />to require the prepa ation of an Environmental Impact <br />Report, I <br />Section 2. The City staff isldirected to cause a Notice of <br />Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4 (g) of <br />Resolution No. 77-66 <br />Section 3.
