PLANNING <br />CITY OF <br />COUNTY O <br />STATE OF <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />FOR CASTLEWOOD ENTERPR <br />WHEREAS, Castlewood Enterprises <br />site located on the eas <br />550 ft. south of Bernal <br />Family Residential) Dis <br />size) to the R-1-20,000 <br />trict (20,000 sq, ft. m <br />ALAMEDA <br />NO. 1796 <br />NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />S FILED UNDER RZ-79-18 <br />as applied to rezone a 9.84+ acre <br />side of Foothill Road approximately <br />venue from the R-1-6500 (Single- <br />-rict (6,500 sq, ft. minimum lot <br />(Single-Family Residential) Dis- <br />'nimum lot size); and <br />WHEREAS, said proposal was based upon an Initial Study done pursuant <br />to the Environmental Im act Guidelines and Procedures <br />adopted by the City Cou cil of the City of Pleasanton <br />by Resolution No. 77-66; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, at its meeting of September 12, <br />1979 received the Initi 1 Study and proposed Negative <br />Declaration in a report from the Director of Planning and <br />Community Development d ted September 12, 1979 regarding <br />the aforementioned project; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission as advised by the City Attorney <br />of its responsibilities in reviewing the proposed Negative <br />Declaration and the determinations required by Section <br />' 5.4 (e) of Resolution No. 77-66; and <br />WHEREAS, each member of the Plan ing Commission had before him/her <br />copies of Resolution No. 77-66 at the time of considering <br />the proposed environmental assessment, which has previously <br />been published in the Pleasanton Times, at the time of <br />the public hearing on the aforementioned project; and <br />WHEREAS, upon receipt of the sta <br />Planning Commission rev <br />Guidelines and Processi <br />of projects and prepara <br />in order to determine i <br />priate for the project <br />if any, must be underta, <br />not have a significant <br />report and public input, the <br />wed the provisions of the City's <br />Procedures for the evaluation <br />on of Environmental Impact Reports <br />a Negative Declaration is appro- <br />d what mitigation measures, <br />n to ensure that the project will <br />pact upon the environment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING <br />Section 1.
