CITY OF <br />COUNTY <br />STATE O <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOM <br />OF AN ORDINANCE AME <br />COMMISSION <br />PLEASANTON <br />F ALAMEDA <br />CALIFORNIA <br />ON N0. 1601 <br />NG COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />TO THE CITY COUNCIL ADOPTION <br />FILED UNDER RZ-77-17. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, on N vember 8, 1977, initiated an amend- <br />ment to the zoning cod as it pertains to site standards, <br />off-street loading and parking and signing in the C-R <br />(Regional Commercial) istrict; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council initi~ted this amendment because they do <br />not believe that the p esent site, loading, parking and <br />signing standards for hat district are realistic; and <br />WHEREAS, this matter was referr d to and reviewed by the Planning <br />Commission at a public hearing on December 14, 1977; and <br />WHEREAS, a draft ordinance prep red incorporating those desired <br />amendments were review d by the Planning Commission at a <br />public hearing, when a 1 pertinent documents. were presented <br />at said hearing. <br />" NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING CO ISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commiss'on recommends to the City Council <br />the adoption of the at ached draft ordinance describing <br />changes in the C-R Dis rict, attached hereto and incorpor- <br />ated as part of this r solution. <br />Section 2.
