CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-318 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, TAWNY PARK, BY KEN <br /> EARP INVESTMENTS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the construction of the public improvements for Tawny <br /> Park, by Ken Earp Investments, has been completed and a <br /> maintenance bond has been posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, acceptance of said public improvements has been recom- <br /> mended by the Director of Public Works and Utilities in <br /> his report to the City Council (SR 86:288); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: That the public improvements installed in Tawny Park, <br /> by Ken Earp Investments, are hereby accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Attorney's office is directed to file a <br /> Notice of Completion· <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 15, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mercer and Mohr <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Wood and Mayor Bra es <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> ~l~C B DES J R <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />A~ROVED AS TO FO~: <br /> <br /> · ~acDon~l~, ~It~'~t~ney <br /> <br /> <br />
