PLANNING ~ <br />CITY OF P: <br />COUNTY OF <br />STATE OF ~ <br />RESOLUTIO] <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLAN: <br />DESIGN REVIEW FOR THE RE <br />FILED UNDER Z-77-187. <br />:OMMISSION <br />~EASANTON <br />ALAMEDA <br />CALIFORNIA <br />9 N0. 1602 <br />VING COMMISSION APPROVING <br />;,IONAL SHOPPING CENTER <br />WHEREAS, the Taubman Company has pplied for design review approval <br />for the regional shoppin center proposed to be constructed at <br />the southeast quadrant o the intersection of I-580 and <br />Foothill Road; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property 's C-R (Regional Commercial) District; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission eld a public hearing on this appli- <br />cation on December 14, 1977, when all pertinent maps, drawings, <br />documents and testimony as reviewed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING CO ISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commissi on approves Z-77-187, subject to the <br />- following conditions: <br />1. That the developmen be substantially as shown on the <br /> site plan elevation and landscape plan, Exhibit A, on <br /> file with the Planni ng Division. <br />2. That approval of th' s case is conditioned upon approval by <br /> the City Council of case RZ-77-17, amending the site, <br /> parking, loading an sign regulations of the C-R district. <br />3. That all ducts, met rs, air conditioning equipment, and <br /> any other mechanica equipment, whether on the structure, <br /> on the ground, or e sewhere, be effectively screened from <br /> view with materials architecturally compatible with the <br /> main structure. <br />4. That all mechanical equipment be constructed in such a <br /> manner that noise e anating from it will not be perceptible <br /> at or beyond the pr perty plane of the subject property <br /> in a normal environ ent for that zoning district. <br />5. That all lighting b constructed in such a manner that <br /> glare is directed a ay from surrounding properties and <br /> rights,of-way. <br />6. That all trash and efuse be contained completely within <br /> enclosures architec urally compatible with the main <br /> structure. <br />
