PLANNING ~ CITY OF P: COUNTY OF STATE OF ~ RESOLUTIO] A RESOLUTION OF THE PLAN: DESIGN REVIEW FOR THE RE FILED UNDER Z-77-187. :OMMISSION ~EASANTON ALAMEDA CALIFORNIA 9 N0. 1602 VING COMMISSION APPROVING ;,IONAL SHOPPING CENTER WHEREAS, the Taubman Company has pplied for design review approval for the regional shoppin center proposed to be constructed at the southeast quadrant o the intersection of I-580 and Foothill Road; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property 's C-R (Regional Commercial) District; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission eld a public hearing on this appli- cation on December 14, 1977, when all pertinent maps, drawings, documents and testimony as reviewed. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING CO ISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Planning Commissi on approves Z-77-187, subject to the - following conditions: 1. That the developmen be substantially as shown on the site plan elevation and landscape plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planni ng Division. 2. That approval of th' s case is conditioned upon approval by the City Council of case RZ-77-17, amending the site, parking, loading an sign regulations of the C-R district. 3. That all ducts, met rs, air conditioning equipment, and any other mechanica equipment, whether on the structure, on the ground, or e sewhere, be effectively screened from view with materials architecturally compatible with the main structure. 4. That all mechanical equipment be constructed in such a manner that noise e anating from it will not be perceptible at or beyond the pr perty plane of the subject property in a normal environ ent for that zoning district. 5. That all lighting b constructed in such a manner that glare is directed a ay from surrounding properties and rights,of-way. 6. That all trash and efuse be contained completely within enclosures architec urally compatible with the main structure.
