PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1615 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL ADOPTION <br />OF AN AMENDMENT TO SECTION 2-7.08(a), ARITCLE 8, CHAPTER <br />2, TITLE II OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, on November 29, 1977, initiated an <br />amendment to the Ordinance Code for the purpose of re- <br />vising the entire schedule of permitted and conditional <br />uses in the "C" Districts; and <br />WHEREAS, several public hearings were held to allow for sufficient <br />citizen input on the proposed amendment; and <br />:WHEREAS, on March 8, 1978, the Planning Commission reviewed said <br />citizen input and the proposed amendments submitted by staff. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission recommends to the City Council the <br />adoption of the ordinance amendment as proposed, with the <br />following amendment on Page 16: <br />Restaurants and soda fountains with express windows or <br />drive-ins (Conditionally allowed in the C-F (Commercial <br />Freeway) District). <br />Section 2.
