NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COf~MISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Planning Commis ion reviewed the contents of Resolution No. 77-66 (Environmental Impact Guidelines and Procedures) and determines that th~ project requested in UP-78-5, Gina Molinaro, would not ha e any significant effects on the environment to require ',the preparation of an Environmental Impact Report.
