CITY OF <br />COUNTY <br />STATE O <br />A RESOLUTION APPR <br />FOR UP-78-5, GINA <br />WHEREAS, Gina Molinaro has a <br />operate a nursery s <br />for the property is <br />District; and <br />COMMISSION <br />LEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA <br />CALIFORNIA <br />N0. 1626 <br />A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />ARO. <br />d for a conditional use permit to <br />at 4189 Stanley Boulevard; zoning <br />6500 (Single Family Residential) <br />WHEREAS, said proposal was base upon an Initial Study done pursuant <br />to the Environmental I pact Guidelines and Procedures adopted <br />by the City Council of ',the City of Pleasanton by Resolution <br />No. 77-66; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, at its meeting of April 10, 1978, <br />received the Initial S udy and proposed Negative Declaration <br />in a report from the Director of Planning and Community <br />Development dated Apri] 10, 1978, regarding the aforementioned <br />project; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commissio <br />of its responsibilitie <br />Declaration and the de <br />of Resolution No. 77-6 <br />was advised by the City Attorney <br />in reviewing the proposed Negative <br />rminations required by Section 5.4 (e) <br />and <br />WHEREAS, each member of the Pla ping Commission had before him copies <br />of Resolution No. 77-6~ at the time of considering the pro- <br />posed environmental as essment, which has previously been <br />published in the "PLEA~ANTON TIMES," at the time of the public <br />hearing on the aroremeritioned project; and <br />WHEREAS, upon receipt of the st ff report and public input, the Planning <br />Commission reviewed th provisions of the City's Environmental <br />Impact Guidelines and rocedures in order to determine if a <br />Negative Declaration i~ appropriate for the project and what <br />mitigation measures, i~ any, must be undertaken to ensure that <br />the project will not h~ve a significant impact upon the environ- <br />ment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COf~MISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commis ion reviewed the contents of Resolution <br />No. 77-66 (Environmental Impact Guidelines and Procedures) <br />and determines that th~ project requested in UP-78-5, Gina <br />Molinaro, would not ha e any significant effects on the <br />environment to require ',the preparation of an Environmental <br />Impact Report. <br />
