PLANNING, COMMISSION <br />CITY OF 'PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY Off' ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF',CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTI~,~ON NO. 1628 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THEII_PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING UP-78-7, IVAN AND <br />JANET LOEBS. !, <br />WHEREAS, Ivan and Janet Loebs hake applied for a conditional use permit <br />to establish a wholesale import operation in a portion of <br />the building located at 3657 Santa Rita Road; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property. is C-S (Commercial Service) District; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commissioni, held a public hearing on April 10, <br />1978, and reviewed all pertinent maps, drawings, documents and <br />testimony. I' <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING CO ~ ISSION MAKES THE FOLLOWING FINDINGS: <br />A. That the proposed location of the conditional use is in <br />accord with the objjectives of this chapter and the pur- <br />poses of the district in which the site is located. <br />B. That the proposed lpcation of the conditional use and <br />the conditions undelr which it would be operated or <br />maintained will notl be detrimental to the public health, <br />safety or welfare ar be materially injurious to properties <br />or improvements in the vicinity. <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with each <br />of the applicable plrovisions of this chapter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING CON~MISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves UP-78-7, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on the <br />site plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Division. <br />2. That the building root be in any way occupied even for <br />storage purposes prior to final inspection and approval <br />by the City. <br />3. That there be no storage of any type in the setback area <br />between the buildinig and the southern property line of <br />the subject property. <br />
