PLANNING CITY OF COUNTY 0'. ~- STATE OF RESOLUTI A RESOLUTION OF THE P OF PLEASANTON INITIAT ALLOW SCREENING STRUC RESIDENTIAL FRONT SET COMMISSION LEASANTON ALAMEDA CALIFORNIA NO. 1632 ING COMMISSION OF THE CITY AN ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TO S OVER 2-1/2 FEET HIGH IN WHEREAS, a request was made by A~ Arrigoni to allow certain structures and/or screens to be located in the required front yards in residential zones; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission!reviewed this request on March 8, 1978, and requested tha~ staff make a study of this request; WHEREAS, the staff's recommendations were presented to the Planning Commission on April 10,1978, at which time they concluded certain structures and/fir screens may be allowed in certain instances. ', NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.
