CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 86-309 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPEAL OF TED MAVRIDIS TO A DECISION OF THE DESIGN REVIEW BOARD AND GRANTING APPROVAL TO CONSTRUCT AN ADDITION TO EXISTING STRUCTURE AT 618 MAIN STREET (AP-86-07) WHEREAS, Ted Mavridis applied to the Design Review Board for design review approval to construct an addition to an existing commercial structure, consisting of approximately 750 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and two second-floor apartment units and related facilities, located at 618 Main Street; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 11, 1986, the Design Review Board denied the application; and WHEREAS, within the time specified by the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton, the applicant submitted an appeal to the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 1, 1986, the City Council received a report (SR 86:282) from the Director of Planning and Community Development together with a copy of the Staff Report to the Design Review Board regarding this matter; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time applicant and any other member of the public was offered an opportunity to present evidence regarding this appeal; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the appeal of Ted Mavridis of a decision of the Design Review Board and approves the application for design review approval to construct an addition to an existing commercial structure, consisting of approximately 750 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and two second-floor apartment units and related facilities, located at 618 Main Street, subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
