CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-309 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPEAL OF TED MAVRIDIS TO A <br /> DECISION OF THE DESIGN REVIEW BOARD AND GRANTING <br /> APPROVAL TO CONSTRUCT AN ADDITION TO EXISTING STRUCTURE <br /> AT 618 MAIN STREET (AP-86-07) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ted Mavridis applied to the Design Review Board for <br /> design review approval to construct an addition to an <br /> existing commercial structure, consisting of <br /> approximately 750 square feet of ground-floor commercial <br /> space and two second-floor apartment units and related <br /> facilities, located at 618 Main Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 11, 1986, the Design Review Board <br /> denied the application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, within the time specified by the Ordinance Code of the <br /> City of Pleasanton, the applicant submitted an appeal to <br /> the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 1, 1986, the City Council <br /> received a report (SR 86:282) from the Director of <br /> Planning and Community Development together with a copy <br /> of the Staff Report to the Design Review Board regarding <br /> this matter; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time <br /> applicant and any other member of the public was offered <br /> an opportunity to present evidence regarding this <br /> appeal; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the appeal of Ted Mavridis of a decision of <br /> the Design Review Board and approves the application for <br /> design review approval to construct an addition to an <br /> existing commercial structure, consisting of <br /> approximately 750 square feet of ground-floor commercial <br /> space and two second-floor apartment units and related <br /> facilities, located at 618 Main Street, subject to the <br /> conditions set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
