CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-308 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF ROUSE AND ASSOCIATES <br /> FOR DESIGN APPROVAL TO CONSTRUCT TWO SINGLE-STORY <br /> RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT/OFFICE BUILDINGS ON <br /> APPROXIMATELY 6.8 ACRE LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF WEST <br /> LAS POSITAS BOULEVARD AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH WILLOW <br /> ROAD (PUD-81-30-34D) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Rouse and Associates have applied for design approval to <br /> construct two single-story research and <br /> development/office buildings of approximately 42,500 sq. <br /> ft. and 44,630 sq. ft. each, to be located on the south <br /> side of West Las Positas Boulevard at its intersection <br /> with Willow Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for the <br /> development plan of the subject site (PUD-81-30) <br /> including the typical architectural and site designs for <br /> individual lots, and there are no changed circumstances <br /> or new information requiring additional environmental <br /> review; therefore,this application does not constitute a <br /> new project under CEQA and no new environmental <br /> documents accompany this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on July 1, 1986 and testimony <br /> taken concerning the proposed project including its <br /> design, cumulative impact, consistency with PUD-81-30 <br /> and the General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has found that the project is <br /> consistent with PUD-81-30 as well as the City's General <br /> Plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the application of Rouse and Associates for <br /> design approval to construct two single-story research <br /> and development/office buildings of approximately 42,500 <br /> sq. ft. and 44,630 sq. ft. each, to be located on an <br /> approximately 6.8 acre site located on the south side of <br /> West Las Positas Boulevard at its intersection with <br /> Willow Road, subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit <br /> A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 1, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING 'VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
