PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1639 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL THE ADOPTION <br />OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDMENT FILED BY VAN BOKKELEN-COLE <br />UNDER RZ-78-3. <br />WHEREAS, Van Bokkelen-Cole has applied to rezone a 3.8 acre parcel <br />of land located on the east side of Santa Rita Road imme- <br />diately north of the Arroyo Mocho from the RM-2500 (Multiple <br />Family Residential) District to the C-N (Commercial Neigh- <br />borhood) District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on May 10, 1978, before the <br />Planning Commission at which time pertinent maps, drawings, <br />documents and testimony were reviewed; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after reviewing all available data <br />concluded that the o3'¢oosed action would be in conformance <br />with the General Plan..of the City. <br />NOA7, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COP7SQISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission recommends to the City Council the <br />adoption of RZ-78-3, as petitioned. <br />Section 2.
