PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 1642 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING Z-78-64, AND UP-78-10, FILED BY AMADOR VALLEY JOINT UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT. WHEREAS, Amador Valley Joint Union High School District has filed for a conditional use permit to allow the installation of a mobile home on the Foothill High School property; zoning for the site is P (Public and Institutional) District; and WHEREAS, a public hearing to review this application was reviewed by the Planning Commission on the 10th day of May, 1978, when all pertinent maps, documents and reports were reviewed; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission made the finding: A. That the proposed location of the conditional use in in accord with the objectives of this chapter and the purposes of the district in which the site is located. B. That the proposed location of the conditional use and the conditions under which it would be operated or main- tained will not be detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare, or materially injurious to the pro- perties or improvements in the vicinity. C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS , Section 1. The Planning Commission approves UP-78-10 and Z-78-64, subject to the following conditions: 1. That the mobile home be located as shown on the site plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Division. 2. That the color of the mobile home be similar to and compatible with the colors of the existing buildings on the school site. 3. That no other mobile homes intended for living purposes be installed on the subject property without prior City approval.
