PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1642 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVING Z-78-64, AND UP-78-10, FILED BY <br />AMADOR VALLEY JOINT UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT. <br />WHEREAS, Amador Valley Joint Union High School District has filed <br />for a conditional use permit to allow the installation of <br />a mobile home on the Foothill High School property; zoning <br />for the site is P (Public and Institutional) District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing to review this application was reviewed by <br />the Planning Commission on the 10th day of May, 1978, when <br />all pertinent maps, documents and reports were reviewed; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission made the finding: <br />A. That the proposed location of the conditional use in <br />in accord with the objectives of this chapter and the <br />purposes of the district in which the site is located. <br />B. That the proposed location of the conditional use and <br />the conditions under which it would be operated or main- <br />tained will not be detrimental to the public health, <br />safety, or welfare, or materially injurious to the pro- <br />perties or improvements in the vicinity. <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with each <br />of the applicable provisions of this chapter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS , <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves UP-78-10 and Z-78-64, <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the mobile home be located as shown on the site <br />plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Division. <br />2. That the color of the mobile home be similar to and <br />compatible with the colors of the existing buildings <br />on the school site. <br />3. That no other mobile homes intended for living purposes <br />be installed on the subject property without prior City <br />approval. <br />
