PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1644 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A MITIGATED <br />NEGATIVE DECLARATION AS PART OF THE REQUIREMENTS TO <br />FIND COMPLIANCE WITH CONDITION N0. 4 OF RESOLUTION <br />NO. 1569, UNDER WHICH TENTATIVE TRACT MAP #3858, <br />WAS APPROVED. <br />WHEREAS, Frank Auf der Maur applied for approval of a plan complying <br />with Condition No. 4 of Resolution No. 1569, under which <br />Tentative Tract Map #3858 was approved, in order to place <br />approximately 150,000 cubic yards of earthen fill on <br />Lot 7 of said tract, which is located just easterly of <br />3420 Stanley Boulevard; and <br />WHEREAS, in conjunction with this approval, an Initial Study was <br />done pursuant to the Environmental Impact Guidelines and <br />Procedures adopted by the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton by Resolution No. 77-66; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, at its meeting of May 10, 1978, <br />received the Initial Study and proposed mitigated negative <br />declaration in a report from the Director of Planning and <br />Community Development dated May 2; 1978; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the maps, documents, <br />testimony and reports submitted on this application. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission makes the finding that the <br />project would have an impact on the environment, which can <br />be mitigated through Conditions 1, 2 and 4-9 of the May 10, <br />1978, staff report prepared for this case. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 10th day of May, 1978, by the following <br />vote: <br /> <br />
