PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1646 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL THE <br />ADOPTION OF RZ-78-4, AS PETITIONED. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed a request to amend Article <br />16, Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City <br />of Pleasanton as it relates to parking requirements for <br />liquor stores; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on May 25, <br />1978, to review this application and all pertinent documents, <br />testimony and reports were reviewed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission recommends to the City Council <br />adoption of RZ-78-4, as petitioned, per the draft ordinance <br />dated May 22, 1978, attached to this resolution and made a <br />-- part of it by reference. <br />Section 2.
