PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1649 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON MAKING THE FINDING THAT PREZONING <br />PROPERTY FILED UNDER RZ-77-16, WOULD NOT HAVE A <br />SIGNIFICANT IMPACT ON THE ENVIRONMENT. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has reviewed zoning of property <br />owned by Joseph Madden presently under Alameda County <br />jurisdiction, said 13.6 acres of land located on the <br />north side of Stanley Boulevard bounded on the north <br />by the Western Pacific Railroad and on the east by the <br />Southern Pacific Railroad; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton held a public hearing to review <br />this recommendation on July 12, 1978, when all pertinent <br />information was presented. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission makes the finding that pre- <br />zoning the property filed under Application RZ-77-16, to <br />the A (Agricultural) District, would not have a significant <br />impact on the environment and that a negative declaration <br />will be filed. <br />Section 2.
