PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />'- STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1656 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RENEWING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR <br />ARK CHILDREN'S SERVICES, INC., FILED UNDER UP-78-12. <br />WHEREAS, Ark Children's Services, Inc., has applied for renewal of <br />their conditional use permit to allow the continuation of <br />their day care center and nursery school located at 883 Rose <br />Avenue; zoning for the property being RM-1500 (Multiple <br />Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing to review this application was held on <br />July 12, 1978, when all pertinent information was presented <br />for the Commission's review; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission made the following findings: <br />A. That the proposed location of the conditional use is <br /> in accor d with the objectives of this chapter and the <br /> purposes of the district in which the site is located. <br />B. That the proposed location of the conditional use and <br /> the cond itions under which it would be operated or main- <br /> tained w ill not be detrimental to the public health, <br /> safety, or welfare, or materially injurious to the pro- <br /> perties or improvements in the vicinity. <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br /> each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves UP-78-12, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That parking be provided as shown on the site plan, <br />Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Division and that <br />the maximum number of employees on the site at any <br />one time be limited to 12 unless more parking is pro- <br />vided. <br />2. That no physical changes be made to the property without <br />prior City approval. <br />3. That the maximum number of children on the site, at any <br />one time, be limited to 70. <br />
