PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA '- STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 1656 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RENEWING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR ARK CHILDREN'S SERVICES, INC., FILED UNDER UP-78-12. WHEREAS, Ark Children's Services, Inc., has applied for renewal of their conditional use permit to allow the continuation of their day care center and nursery school located at 883 Rose Avenue; zoning for the property being RM-1500 (Multiple Residential) District; and WHEREAS, a public hearing to review this application was held on July 12, 1978, when all pertinent information was presented for the Commission's review; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission made the following findings: A. That the proposed location of the conditional use is in accor d with the objectives of this chapter and the purposes of the district in which the site is located. B. That the proposed location of the conditional use and the cond itions under which it would be operated or main- tained w ill not be detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare, or materially injurious to the pro- perties or improvements in the vicinity. C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Planning Commission approves UP-78-12, subject to the following conditions: 1. That parking be provided as shown on the site plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Division and that the maximum number of employees on the site at any one time be limited to 12 unless more parking is pro- vided. 2. That no physical changes be made to the property without prior City approval. 3. That the maximum number of children on the site, at any one time, be limited to 70.
