PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CI'1'Y OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1658 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL THE ADOPTION <br />OF RZ-78-5, HARRIS REALTY. <br />WHEREAS, Harris Realty Company, Inc., has applied to rezone an <br />approximately 1.1 acre parcel of land located at the north- <br />west corner of Johnson Industrial Drive and Hopyard Road, <br />from the I-G (General Industrial) District to the C-C <br />(Central Commercial) District, or any other zoning district <br />consistent with the General Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on July 12, 1978, to review this <br />request and testimony, staff reports, and maps were reviewed <br />by the Commissioners. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Section 1.
