PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1659 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP #3996 <br />(NORTHWAY DOWNS). <br />WHEREAS, Morrison Homes filed for approval of Tentative Tract Map <br />#3996, Northway Downs; and <br />WHEREAS, this tentative tract map was reviewed by the Planning <br />Commission on July 12, 1978; and <br />WHEREAS, all pertinent information was supplied the Commissioners; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commissioners found that the map is in confor- <br />mance with the Pleasanton General Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves Tentative Tract Map <br />`- #3996 (Northway Downs), subject to the conditions listed <br />below and attachments which are made a part of this approval <br />by reference. <br />1. That approval is given for Tentative Map Tract 3996, <br />Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Division. <br />2. That approval is subject to all conditions and terms of <br />Ordinance No. 840, attached hereto and made a part of <br />this case by reference. <br />3. That approval is subject to all conditions listed in <br />the memorandum from the City Engineer, dated June 22, <br />1978, attached hereto and made a part of this case by <br />reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 12th day of July, 1978, by the following <br />vote: <br />
