-- PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 1660 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR GARDEN-WEST SCHOOL, UP-78-15. WHEREAS, Mr. Norman Zimmerman of Carden-West School has applied for a conditional use permit to operate a school at Hopyard Road, the St. Clare's Episcopal Church facility; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held and all pertinent information was presented for the Commission's review; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has found: A. That the proposed location of the conditional use is in accord with the objectives of the zoning ordinance and the purposes of the district in which the site is located. B. That the proposed location of the conditional use and the conditions under which it would be operated or main- tained will not be detrimental to the public healty, safety or welfare or be materially injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity. C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with each o£ the applicable provisions of the zoning ordinance. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the Carden-West School application, UP-78-15, be approved subject to the following conditions: 1. That the school be conducted as described in the purpose and operational details sheets, on file with the Planning Division. 2. That the number of children enrolled in the school be limited to 75. 3. That all outdoor activities be supervised at all times. 4. That the applicant comply with all requirements of the Fire Department pertaining to the operation of the school.
