PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1662 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION FOR PUD-78-3. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed an Initial Study for <br />the proposed planned unit development, PUD-78-3; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission took public testimony concerning the <br />possible environmental impacts of this project; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that, with conditions <br />attached as mitigation measures, there would be no signifi- <br />cant adverse environmental impacts as a result of the <br />development. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. That a Negative Declaration be recommended to the City <br />Council as appropriate for project PUD-78-3, with the <br />mitigating conditions attached; and <br />Section 2. That this resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 9th day of August, 1978, by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Leppert, Wilson and Acting Chairman Doherty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Getty and Chairman Jamieson <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST: Secretary Harris <br />DATE: August 9, 1978 <br />ATTEST: <br />Robert J.
