PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1663 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING THE MODIFICATION OF <br />ORDINANCE NO. 807 RELATING TO THE ZONING CONDITIONS <br />OF THE PUD-78-3 AT TAWNY AND PICO. <br />WHEREAS, H. C. Elliott, Inc. filed for approval of PUD-78-3, a <br />residential-commercial development at the southeast corner <br />of Tawny and Pico; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing on this <br />matter wherein all pertinent information was presented for <br />the Commission's review; and <br />WHEREAS :the PUD development plan conforms substantially to the <br />intent of the conditions of Ordinance No. 807. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. That this Commission recommends approval of the modi- <br />fication of Ordinance No. 807 as follows: <br />1. Delete the acreage restrictions as set forth in <br />sub-paragraphs 1 and 2 of the ordinance and substitute <br />a maximum limit on the number of dwelling units which <br />can be constructed on the subject property, said <br />maximum being 70 dwelling units. <br />2. Amend sub-paragraph 3 of the ordinance as follows: <br />"Development of the multiple family residential area <br />shall not commence until construction has started on <br />at least 508 of the commercial portion of the subject <br />property. Construction will have been deemed started <br />once the foundations or slabs of the commercial <br />buildings have been poured." <br />Section 2. That this resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
