PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1667 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON DENYING GP-78-3. <br />WHEREAS, Mr. John Amaral has applied for a General Plan amendment <br />for a lot located at 404 St. Mary's Street to change the <br />land use designation from "High Density Residential" to <br />"Commercial and Offices;" and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed this application and <br />has heard public testimony concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that the proposed <br />change would be detrimental to the orderly development of <br />both the commercial and residential sectors of the downtown. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. That this Commission recommends to the City Council <br />that the proposed General Plan amendment, GP-78-3, be <br />denied. <br />Section 2.
