PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 167 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON DIRECTING STAFF TO PREPARE REVISED <br />ORDINANCE PROVISIONS CONCERNING OFF-SITE "FOR SALE <br />OR LEASE" SIGNS. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment has requested a review of the <br />City's ordinance provisions relating to real estate <br />"For Sale or Lease" signs; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed a <br />staff report concerning this matter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. That the staff study be forwarded to the City Council <br />with the Planning Commission's approval. <br />Section 2.
