Natalie Amos
From: Daniel Marks ~ ' ' - --~
Sent: Tuesday, April 08, 2008 7:04 PM
To: Natalie Amos
Cc:
Subject: 481 Sycamore
The other day the neighbor at 481 Sycamore Street stopped and asked me to evaluate the conditions of the
properly at 481 Sycamore Street namely the storage tank used on a well system. As the properly owner at
6352 Alisal street I have or see no objection to the water storage tank that is in use at 481 Sycamore Street.
Although not noticeable as a passerby, it is very similar in location and design to the many tanks that have been
installed in the past few years in the Happy Valley community and are in use by many of my surrounding
neighbors. As you may notice these polypropylene type tanks are very common when replacing the old
galvanized tanks which have failed over the many years of use and are becoming obsolete. Further the tanks
are being used by many through communities today for the purpose of storing water to maintain landscape and
keeping ones property in a respectable condition as well as for drinking water or a main source of water in
general.
I would also like to express my opinion on the wonderful job that this neighbor has done in bringing a
dilapidated piece of properly to a warm and comfortable sight over the past few years and has implemented
many of the expected requirements which falls into Pleasanton specific plan of which I have admired over the
years.
Any addition comments or questions are greatly welcomed.
Very truly yours,
Daniel L. Marks
5/11/2008
