Retail or Entertainment Center - A representative from a retail or <br />entertainment store/center located in Pleasanton. <br />5. Pleasanton Downtown Association - A representative from a business <br />located in the city's downtown district and recommended by the board of <br />directors of the Pleasanton Downtown Association. <br />6. Residential Real Estate Development - A representative from a residential <br />builder or developer with an office located in Pleasanton or who directly <br />serves the Pleasanton community. <br />7. Residential Real Estate Broker - A representative from a business <br />specializing in residential real estate leasing or sales with an office located in <br />Pleasanton or who directly serves the Pleasanton community. <br />8. Financial Services - A representative from a financial institution or financial <br />services company or business with an office located in Pleasanton. <br />9. Citizen At Large - A resident of Pleasanton. <br />10. Tri-Valley Convention and Visitors Bureau - A representative recommended <br />by the Board of the Tri-Valley Convention and Visitors Bureau and whose <br />membership in the organization is expected to be at least two years from the <br />time of the appointment to the Committee. <br />11. Education Community - A representative recommended by the Pleasanton <br />Unified School District Board of Trustees. <br />12. Environmental Industry - A representative from a business that provides <br />environmentally related materials or services with an office located in <br />Pleasanton. <br />13. City Council - A representative from the Pleasanton City Council. <br />14. Information Technology - A representative from an information <br />technology/systems business that provides voice, data or communications <br />materials or services with an office located in Pleasanton. <br />
