Staff Recommendation <br />Staff recommends that the Commission take the following actions: <br />1. Approve modifications to the DPA program to create a new maximum of $20,000 for <br />loans that are funded 100% from City funds; and <br />2. Approve the allocation of $300,000 from the Lower Income Housing Fund to provide <br />continued funding to the DPA program. <br />The Commission's recommendation will be forwarded to the City Council for final approval. <br />Page-S- <br />
