Waived second reading and adopted Ordinance No. 1974 approving the application of <br />Daniel and Belinda Sarich for PUD Development Plan approval as filed under case PUD- <br />32 located at 5 Tuscany Place -McGovern and Sullivan voted on <br />Steve Brozosky said the development plan violates the letter and spirit of the Vineyard Corridor <br />Specific Plan and the plan allows for significant square footages, removal of oak trees, <br />additional water and electricity usage, and asked that the project be put on hold until the hillside <br />residential ordinance is completed. <br />Kay Ayala echoed comments of Mr. Brozosky, asked the Council to amend the Specific Plan <br />prior to its second reading, and said she believes the Council is setting a precedent for similar <br />building in Pleasanton. <br />13.
