PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1504 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON MAKING THE FINDING THAT A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />WILL BE PREPARED FOR MS-76-14. <br />WHEREAS, the Executors of the Morris Stulsaft Testamentary Trust <br />submitted a minor subdivision application to subdivide <br />approximately 60 acres into four approximately 15 acre <br />parcels located east of the present terminus of Arbor <br />Drive; and <br />as part of this subdivision they asked that the under- <br />ground utilities required under the Subdivision Ordinance <br />be waived; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-20,000 and R-1-6500 <br />(Single Family Residential Zoning District; and <br />in conjunction with this review an environmental assess- <br />ment in the form of an Initial Study for the proposed <br />action has been conducted; and <br />REAS, on March 9, 1977, the Planning Commission reviewed the <br />potential environmental impacts associated with this <br />proposed minor subdivision as identified in the Initial <br />Study; and <br />REAS, on March 9, 1977, the Planning Commission held a public <br />hearing on this matter at which time an opportunity was <br />given to hear public testimony on the potential environ- <br />mental impacts of the proposed request, and there was no <br />public testimony. <br />THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />lion 1. The Planning Commission finds that the minor sub- <br />division proposed by the Morris Stulsaft Testamentary <br />Trust filed under MS-76-14, could not have an adverse <br />significant effect on the environment, and that a nega- <br />tive declaration will be prepared. <br />on 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
