PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 1504 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON MAKING THE FINDING THAT A NEGATIVE DECLARATION WILL BE PREPARED FOR MS-76-14. WHEREAS, the Executors of the Morris Stulsaft Testamentary Trust submitted a minor subdivision application to subdivide approximately 60 acres into four approximately 15 acre parcels located east of the present terminus of Arbor Drive; and as part of this subdivision they asked that the under- ground utilities required under the Subdivision Ordinance be waived; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-20,000 and R-1-6500 (Single Family Residential Zoning District; and in conjunction with this review an environmental assess- ment in the form of an Initial Study for the proposed action has been conducted; and REAS, on March 9, 1977, the Planning Commission reviewed the potential environmental impacts associated with this proposed minor subdivision as identified in the Initial Study; and REAS, on March 9, 1977, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on this matter at which time an opportunity was given to hear public testimony on the potential environ- mental impacts of the proposed request, and there was no public testimony. THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: lion 1. The Planning Commission finds that the minor sub- division proposed by the Morris Stulsaft Testamentary Trust filed under MS-76-14, could not have an adverse significant effect on the environment, and that a nega- tive declaration will be prepared. on 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
