PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY. OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1510 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON MAKING THE FINDING <br />THAT THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT PREPARED <br />FOR PUD-77-2, CREEKS BEND, MEETS THE REQUIRE- <br />MENTS OF CEQA. <br />WHEREAS, Morrison Homes has applied for a planned unit develop- <br />ment for their property located on the south side of <br />the Del Valle Parkway immediately east of Hopyard <br />Road; and <br />WHEREAS, the environmental impact report prepared for three <br />previous submittals for this property has been modi- <br />fied to apply to this proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, modifications added to allow the report to apply to <br />this development was a memorandum from the Director <br />of Planning to members of the Planning Commission <br />_ dated April 5, 1977; and <br />WHEREAS, the planned unit development was scheduled to be re- <br />viewed by the Planning Commission on April 13, 1977; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, prior to review of the development itself on that same <br />date, the Planning Commission reviewed the environmental <br />impact report with required modifications; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission made the following specific <br />findings: <br />1. That the EIR, including all the supplements, meets <br />the requirements of CEQA. <br />2. The following mitigation measures need to be met: <br />a. That the residences be constructed to meet <br />the P.G.&E. Energy Conservation Home Standards <br />(P.G.&E. estimated that their standards <br />could be met for about $100 a home in 1976). <br />b. That notice of the beginning of construction <br />be given to the residents living in homes on <br />- Del Valle Parkway one week in advance of the <br />start of the earthmoving activities. <br />-1- <br />
