PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1513 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING CERTAIN MODIFICA- <br />TIONS TO THE APPROVED DESIGN PLANS FOR THE <br />HACIENDA DEL SOL RESTAURANT AT 625 MAIN STREET. <br />WHEREAS, Hacienda del Sol has approached the City for certain <br />modifications to their existing restaurant at 625 Main <br />Street, zoning for the property being C-C (Central <br />Commercial) District; and <br />WHEREAS, said changes consist of the erection of a 6 ft. high <br />brick pilaster and wood fence, installation of a <br />patio walk and planters and construction of trash <br />enclosure, said fenced-in area to have approximate <br />dimensions of 50 ft. X 72 ft.; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed this request on <br />April 13, 1977, at which time they reviewed all per- <br />tinent maps, testimony, reports and documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. The Planning Commission approves said request subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. That the modifications be in accordance with <br />Exhibit A on file with the Planning Department <br />and approved on April 13, 1977. <br />2. That no more than a total of 105 seats be estab- <br />lished in the restaurant (including the patio area). <br />SECTION 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 13th day of April, 1977, by the <br />-1- <br />
