- PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1514 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION FOR TENTATIVE MAP TRACT 3824. <br />WHEREAS, Darwin Datwyler has filed an application to subdivide <br />an approximately 2.6 acre parcel of land located <br />roughly southeast of the dwellings located in the <br />vicinity of the Del Valle Parkway and Harvest Road, <br />into seven separate lots; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is RM-2000 (Multiple Resi- <br />dential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, in conjunction with this review an environmental <br />assessment in the form of an Initial Study for the <br />proposed project had been conducted; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, on April 13, 1977, reviewed <br />_ the potential environmental impacts associated with <br />this proposed land development as identified in the <br />Initial Study; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a hearing on this matter <br />at the April 13, 1977 meeting, at which time an <br />opportunity was given to hear public testimony on the <br />potential environmental impacts of the proposed map <br />and there was no public testimony. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission finds that Tentative Map <br />Tract 3824 could not have a significant effect on the <br />environment. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 13th day of April, 1977, by the <br />following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Shepherd and <br />Chairman Butler <br />NOES: Commissioner Wood <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST: Secretary Harris <br />
