PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1518 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL <br />APPROVAL OF A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR PUD-77-4. <br />WHEREAS, Page Binkley has filed for rezoning of approximately <br />2.1 acres on the southeast corner of Black Avenue and <br />Hopyard Road from the RM-4000 (Multiple Residential) <br />District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) District <br />and for approval of a development plan for a proposed <br />28-unit condominium project on the site; and <br />WHEREAS, in conjunction with this review an environmental assess- <br />ment in the form of an Initial Study for the proposed <br />project has been conducted; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, on May 18, 1977, reviewed <br />the potential environmental impacts associated with <br />this proposed project as identified in the Initial <br />Study; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on this <br />matter at the May 18, 1977 meeting, at which an oppor- <br />tunity was given to hear public testimony on the <br />potential environmental impacts of the proposed project, <br />and there was no public testimony. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Planning Commission resolves as follows: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission finds that the rezoning re- <br />quest could not have a significant effect if certain <br />mitigation measures are taken, said measures spelled <br />out in Conditions 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 18, 21, <br />23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 32, 33 of the staff <br />report written for PUD-77-4 dated May 18, 1977, said <br />conditions are also enumerated in Resolution 1519, said <br />mitigation measures are herein incorporated by reference. <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission recommends that the City <br />Council determine that a negative declaration be pre- <br />pared for the project. <br />Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />-1- <br />
