The Planning Commission finds that the rezoning re-
quest could not have a significant effect if certain
mitigation measures are taken, said measures spelled
out in Conditions 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 18, 21,
23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 32, 33 of the staff
report written for PUD-77-4 dated May 18, 1977, said
conditions are also enumerated in Resolution 1519, said
mitigation measures are herein incorporated by reference.
Section 2. The Planning Commission recommends that the City
Council determine that a negative declaration be pre-
pared for the project.
Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
-1-
