PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1528 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT UNDER UP-77-8. <br />WHEREAS, George Canessa has applied for a conditional use permit to <br />allow a security guard to reside at a mini-warehouse facility <br />to be located at 3716 Stanley Boulevard; and <br />WHEREAS, the zoning for the property is C-S (Commercial Service) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on June 8, 1977, when the Planning <br />Commission reviewed all pertinent documents, maps, testimony <br />and reports; and <br />WHEREAS, based on the information available, the Planning Commission <br />made the following findings: <br />A. That because of the nature of the proposed use, the <br />proposed location of the conditional use is in accord <br />with the objectives of this chapter and the purposes <br />of the district in which the site is located. <br />B. That the proposed location of the conditional use and <br />the conditions under which it would be operated or <br />maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, <br />safety or welfare or materially injurious to properties <br />or improvements in the vicinity. <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with each <br />of the applicable provisions of this chapter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves UP-77-8, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the guard's living quarters/office be in the loca- <br />tion shown on the location map, Exhibit A, on file with <br />the Planning Department. <br />2, That all conditions of Design Review Board Resolution <br />No. R-77-13 be met. <br />-1- <br />
