S. That the trail system shown on the P.U.D, develop- <br />ment plan be constructed by the developer at the <br />time of development of the subdivision, that the <br />trail system have a minimum clear width of 15', <br />that the trail be paved for a minimum width of <br />10' with 2" A.C. over 5" A.B. with soil sterilant <br />and that a 1' minimum wide shoulder be constructed <br />on each side of the paving with a minimum section <br />of 5" A.B. and that an additional 3' clear space <br />be maintained between edge of shoulder and top <br />of bank. <br />T. That back-up fencing along Del Valle Parkway <br />be constructed in accordance with City's standards <br />for back-up fencing with minor modifications <br />acceptable to Director of Engineering Services <br />to be allowed in spacing of the brick or block <br />pilasters. <br />U. That in-lieu park dedication fees be collected <br />by the City at the time of approval of the final <br />map at the rate then in effect and for the total <br />number of lots in the final map. <br />V. That a low fence be constructed between the end <br />of the 6' board fences and the cul-de-sac to <br />separate public trail traffic from private pro- <br />perty. Design of fence to be approved by the <br />Director of Engineering Services. <br />W. The proposed section foz Harvest Circle shall be <br />revised as shown on the enclosed detail. <br />X. The south side of Harvest Circle be signed for <br />"no parking" along its entire length fronting the <br />channel and that these signs be placed just off <br />the back of the bike path. <br />Y. Approved bicycle safety rail fence should be <br />installed between the bike path and the channel <br />at locations required for safety. <br />Section 2.
