PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1530 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING TENTATIVE <br />TRACT MAP 3359, MORRISON HOMES. <br />WHEREAS, Morrison Homes, in conjunction with their planned <br />unit development for Creek's Bend filed under <br />PUD-77-2, have applied for approval of Tentative <br />Tract Map 3359 for said development; and <br />WHEREAS, on June 8, 1977, the Planning Commission reviewed <br />this map and all pertinent documents, reports, <br />testimony; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission considered the areas of <br />concern required by Pleasanton Ordinance Code <br />Section 2-2.50 and Government Code Sections <br />66473.5, 66474 and 66474.6 and made the following <br />findings: <br />a. The proposed map is in conformity with the <br />Pleasanton General Plan; <br />b. That none of the conditions, the finding <br />of which would require the denial of the map, <br />are present in this proposal and specifically <br />no public health problems are likely to ensue; <br />and <br />c. There are no waste disposal problems. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves Tentative Tract <br />Map 3359 (Creek's Bend), filed by Morrison Homes, <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the project be substantially as shown on <br />the Tentative Tract Map 3359, Exhibit A, on <br />file with the Planning Department. <br />2. That all conditions and requirements of <br />Planning Commission Resolution No. 1511, <br />attached hereto and made a part of this <br />case by reference, be met. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />
