16. That the applicant be aware that a conditional use <br />permit becomes void one year following the date <br />on which the use permit became effective unless <br />prior to the expiration of that year a building <br />permit is issued and construction is commenced <br />and diligently pursued toward completion on the <br />site which was the subject of the use permit appli- <br />cation. A use permit subject to lapse may be <br />renewed for an additional period of one year, <br />provided that prior to the expiration date, an <br />application for renewal of the permit is filed <br />with the Planning Commission. However, the <br />Commission may deny an application for renewal of <br />a use permit. <br />17. That the owner dedicate to the City, an eight foot <br />public service easement along-the Hopyard Road <br />and Valley Trails Drive frontages of the subject <br />property. <br />18. That the existing number "74" fire hydrant be <br />replaced with a number "76" hydrant. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days <br />from the date of passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 13th day of July, 1977, by the <br />following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Wood and <br />Chairman Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Shepherd <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST: Secretary Harris <br />DATE: July 13, 1977 <br />ATTEST: <br />• _ <br />Robert J.
