PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1539 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON FINDING THAT FIRE <br />STATION #2, LOCATED AT 7769 DESERTWOOD LANE, <br />IS FOUND IN CONFORMITY WITH THE GENERAL PLAN. <br />• WHEREAS, Section 65402 (a) of the Government Code of the State <br />of California requires that no real property may be <br />acquired for any public purpose nor may any public <br />property be disposed of until the Planning Commission <br />has reported to the City Council as to the conformity <br />of such actions with the General Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, on July 13, 1977, reviewed <br />the acquisition of Fire Station #2; and <br />WHEREAS, the General Plan contains no limitation or designation <br />for fire stations. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission finds that the acquisition of <br />property located at 7769 Desertwood Lane for the con- <br />- tinued purpose of using it as a fire station can be <br />considered to be in conformance with the General Plan. <br />Section 2.
