PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1540 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON INITIATING AN ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TO <br />ALLOW MOBILE HOME SITES ON SCHOOL CAMPUSES. <br />WHEREAS, a request has been received from the District Superintendent's <br />office of the Pleasanton Joint School District and the Amador <br />Valley Joint Union High School District, for permission to <br />locate mobile home sites for security purposes; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, on July 13, 1977, reviewed the re- <br />quest contained in a letter dated July 11, 1977. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission initiates an ordinance amendment <br />to allow mobile homes as a conditional use in conjunction <br />with school facilities. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 13th day of July, 1977, by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Wood, Chairman Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Shepherd <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST: Secretary Harris <br />Date: July 13, 1977 <br />Attest~(-~, R <br />Robert J.
