PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 155 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING TO THE <br />CITY COUNCIL THE ADOPTION OF RZ-77-8 RELATING <br />TO THE PLACEMENT OF MOBILE HOMES ON PUBLIC <br />SCHOOL GROUNDS. <br />WHEREAS, at the request of the School District, the Planning <br />Commission initiated an ordinance amendment at their <br />July 13, 1977, meeting which would conditionally allow <br />mobile homes to be located on school sites; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing to review this ordina-nce amendment was <br />set on August 10, 1977, at which time the Planning <br />Commission concurred with the staff recommendation as <br />set forth in a report of the same date; and <br />WHEREAS, in conjunction with the staff report, the Planning <br />Commission reviewed a draft ordinance setting forth the <br />changes as proposed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission recommends to the City Council <br />the adoption of the ordinance amendment filed under <br />RZ-77-8, a draft of said ordinance attached hereto and <br />incorporated by reference herein. <br />Section 2.
