CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 86-284 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR AN AMENDMENT TO THE GENERAL PLAN LAND USE ELEMENT DESIGNATION OF APPROXIMATELY 11,700 SQUARE FEET AT 856 PALOMINO DRIVE FROM MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (GP-86-4) WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 17, 1986, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for an amendment to the General Plan Land Use Element designation of an approximately 11,700 square foot located at 856 Palomino Drive from the "Medium Density Residential" to the "High Density Residential" District; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated June 5, 1986 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed'public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed General Plan amendment; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed General Plan amendment would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment: NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for an amendment to the General Plan Land Use Element designation of an approximately 11,700 square foot located at 856 Palomino Drive from the "Medium Density Residential" to the "High Density Residential" District (GP-86-4). Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
