CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-281 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING LONG TERM AGREEMENTS WITH LIN, <br /> DEVOR NURSERIES, WALTER S. JOHNSON FOUNDATION AND <br /> CASTLEWOOD PROPERTIES (LUND) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has adopted a Growth Management <br /> Program contained in Chapter 13 of Title II of the <br /> Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, procedures and guidelines for the implementation of the <br /> Growth Management Program were adopted by Resolution No. <br /> 82-66, as amended; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based upon City Council the information contained in the <br /> Subcommittee Report, the City Council finds that the <br /> four projects selected to receive long term agreements <br /> will best promote the public health, safety and welfare, <br /> and will best accomplish the purposes of the Growth <br /> Management Program and the General Plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The projects selected for the long term agreements <br /> are as follows: <br /> <br /> 1987 1988 1989 1990 1991 <br /> <br />DeVor Nurseries, Inc. 50 50 50 7 0 <br />Walter Johnson Foundation 50 50 50 50 10 <br />Jennifer/Frederic Lin 50 50 50 50 15 <br />Castlewood Properties(Lund) 50 50 29 0 0 <br /> <br />Section 2: The Mayor is authorized on behalf of the City of <br /> Pleasanton to execute the attached long term agreements <br /> with DeVor Nurseries, Inc., Walter S. Johnson <br /> Foundation, Jennifer and Frederic Lin, and Castlewood <br /> Properties, Inc. (Lund). <br /> <br />Section 3: The Council finds that the current inventory of long <br /> term agreements approved and number of units approved, <br /> including past approvals, is as shown on Exhibit A <br /> attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br /> herein. <br /> <br /> - 1 - <br /> <br /> <br />
