<br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1252 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton denying V-73-27. <br />WHEREAS, the application of J. Jack Bras for Jerry <br />Bindi for a variance from the requirements <br />of Section 2-9.16, Article 16, Chapter 2, <br />Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City <br />of Pleasanton to allow a restaurant located <br />at 348 St. Marys Street, Pleasanton to be <br />constructed with less than the required <br />number of parking spaces has come before <br />this Commission, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a public hearing on <br />this application and has examined pertinent <br />maps, drawings and documents and has made <br />the following finding: <br />1. That the granting of the variance will <br />constitute a grant of special privilege in- <br />consistent with the limitation on other <br />properties in the same zoning district. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton does hereby deny said <br />application as petitioned. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 8th day of August, 1973 <br />by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Carrigan, McLain, <br />Pereira, Wood and Chairman Pons <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />DATE: August 8, 1973 <br />ATTEST: <br />~ ~~ _ <br />Rica do J.
