PLANNING COMMISSION Pleasanton, California RESOLUTION N0. 1243 A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton approving the re- ferral from the Pleasanton School District for their modular relocatable structure to be located at their elementary school site on Concord Street, Pleasanton. WHEREAS, the application of the Pleasanton School District for site design approval of an approximately 8,000 sq. ft. modular relo- catable structure on their elementary school site on Concord Street, has come before this Commission, and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has held a review on this referral and has examined pertinent maps, drawings and documents. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton does hereby approve said referral, subject to the following conditions: 1. That the parking area be redesigned to accommodate two-way traffic or that "ENTRANCE ONLY" and "EXIT ONLY" signs be provided at driveway openings. 2. That an encroachment permit be taken out for the construction of the driveways and utility laterals. 3. That all utilities necessary to serve the site be constructed underground. 4. That a detailed site grading and drain- age plan be submitted to and approved by the City Engineer prior to the start of con- struction. 5. That the driveway and parking lot be graded at not less than 1$ slope for proper drainage. 6. That the paving section be not less than 2" A.C. over 5" A.D. 7. That street trees be provided and that the specie of trees used be Celtis Sinensis (Chinese Hackberry) planted approximately 65 ft. apart. 8. That a boundary and topographic survey of the site be submitted to and approved by the City Engineer prior to start of construction.
