PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleas antnn, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1229 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Pleasanton approving <br />UP-73-1. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Mackay Homes to allow <br />the placement of a trailer to be used as <br />a temporary sales office near the north- <br />west corner of Hopyard Road and Hansen <br />Drive, Pleasanton, said zoning for the <br />area being R-1-6500 (Single Family), has <br />come before this Commission, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a public hearing on <br />this application and has examined pertinent <br />maps, drawings and documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton hereby grants said <br />application subject to the following con- <br />ditions: <br />1. That a standard barricade be constructed <br />by the applicant between the northern end <br />of the Frontage Road and Hopyard Road so <br />that traffic from the latter cannot enter <br />the parking area. <br />2. That all utilities to the trailer be <br />undergrounded. <br />3. That an area at least 30 feet in <br />width in all directions from the trailer <br />be kept free of natural grass and weeds. <br />4. That trash pickup service be provided <br />for the trailer. <br />5. That this use permit be granted for the <br />maximum period of one year to expire on <br />March 13, 1974. <br />6. That the trailer be located at least <br />200 feet from the nearest residence. <br />7. That the applicant provide approximately <br />12 feet by 80 feet of paving on the west <br />side of Hopyard Road north of Hansen Drive <br />for a right turn lane. <br />8. That the applicant install a standard <br />"Not A Through Street" sign at the inter- <br />section. <br />9. That the applicant install some type <br />of area (telephone poles or earth berm <br />perhaps) to preclude cars from entering <br />
