PLANNING CODASISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1227 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton recommending the approval of <br />the precise alignment and street improvements of <br />Foothill Road between Muirwood Drive (south) and <br />Oak Creek Drive, Pleasanton. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did review the proposal of <br />the Public Works Department for the precise align- <br />ment of Foothill Road between Muirwood Drive (south) <br />and Oak Creek Drive, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing <br />on this matter and has examined pertinent maps, <br />drawings and documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Pleasanton does hereby approve the precise <br />alignment and street improvements of Foothill Road <br />as prepared by the Public Works Department, for that <br />area lying between Muirwood Drive (south) and Oak <br />Creek Drive, Pleasanton. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton on <br />the 13th day of February, 1973, by the following <br />vote: <br />Ayes: Coimaissioners Carrigan, McLain, <br />Wood and Acting Chairman Pereira <br />Noes: <br />Absent: Chairman Pons <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />Date: Febr y- 3973 <br />~~ <br />i <br />..i~iC~~ <br />Ric rdo J. stro, Secretary L.
