PLANNING COMMISSION City of Pleasanton RESOLUTION N0, 1221 A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton approving RZ-72-7. WHEREAS, the application of the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton to amend the Ordinance Code relating to zoning of Offices within Industrial Districts, and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has held a public hearing on this matter and has examined pertinent documents and testimony. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the .'City of Plea Banton does hereby approve RZ-72-7, amending the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton as follows: I Sec. 2-7.17 of Article 9, Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton is hereby amended by the addition thereto of sub- section (i), said subsection as added to provide as follows: Sec. 2-7.17 Puroosea. - In addition to the objec- tives prescribed in 2-5.01 (Objectives), the I (Industrial) Districts are included in the Zoning Ordinance to achieve the following purposes: i. - To encourage the location within appropriate industrial districts of regional or district administrative, or sales offices and computer centers of specified minimum usable floor sizes. II Said subsection (a) of Subsection I of 2-7.20 of Article 9, Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton is amended by the deletion therefrom of the words "offices, not including medical or dental offices" and the insertion in its place of the following Language: "Regional administrative offices including computer centers each in excess of 5,000 square feet of usable floor space."
