CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-275 <br /> <br /> APPROVING CLAIMS FOR THE MONTH OF APRIL 1986 IN THE <br /> AMOUNT OF $2,718,326.70 AND MAY 1986 IN THE AMOUNT OF <br /> $2,992,956.51 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the City Council meeting of June 17, 1986, check reg- <br /> ister summaries and Financial Reports were presented to <br /> the City Council signifying expenditures for the months <br /> of April and May 1986; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the payroll and demand checks contained therein were for <br /> approved functions of the City of Pleasanton which are <br /> necessary and proper expenses of the City; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Claims represented by checks numbered 60002 to 60671, <br /> dated from April 3, 1986 to April 30, 1986, in the total <br /> amount of $2,718,326.70, and checks numbered 60672 to <br /> 61250, dated from May 8, 1986 to May 30, 1986, in the <br /> total amount of $2,992,956.51, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Financial Reports dated April 30, 1986 and <br /> May 31, 1986 have been reviewed and are hereby approved <br /> by the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall be effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 17, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None j~/_~ /~ <br />ABSTAIN: None '~ ~ ~~~R <br />ATTEST: <br /> c.
