PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1190 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Pleasanton denying V-72-33. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Peter F. Talarico for <br />a variance to the approved signing program <br />of the Alpha Beta Shopping Center to allow <br />additional signing of 10 sguare feet more <br />or less to be hung in his barber shop window <br />at 2739 Hopyard Road, Pleasanton, has come <br />before this Commission, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a public hearing on this <br />application and has examined pertinent maps, <br />drawings and documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of <br />City of Pleasanton hereby denies said appli- <br />cation without prejudice, and that the appli- <br />cant will have the opportunity to resubmit <br />a design of his major sign specifying his <br />advertising needs. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 25th day of July, 1972 by <br />the following vote; <br />Ayes: Commissioners McLain, Pereira, <br />Wood and Vice-Chairman Pons <br />Noes: <br />Absent: Chairman Carrigan <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />DATE July 25, 1972 <br />ATTEST: <br />i <br />, V1Ce-Chalrman <br />
